Polarimetric observations of DC type white dwarfs and high mass X-ray binaries with Be stars.
In our project we focus on two issues:
1. Derivation of DC Type White Dwarf magnetic field properties.
We focus on objects that do not have strong spectrum lines, therefore their
magnetic field properties can not be derived from Zeeman effect.
2. Derivation of High Mass X-ray Binaries with Be stars (BeXBs) orbital parameters
(especialy inclination angle and length of the ascending node) in order to estimate masses of the components.
Moreover, polarimetric observations of Hα line will allow to derive the angle between Be star circumstellar disk
and orbital plane, which in turn will allow to check if they are coplanar.
